Performed with various bands early and eventually co-founded MIDWAY. The band played a variety of music from rock to ethnic at numerous venues in the Algoma District. Having disbanded after 30+ years, Leclair moved on to form MOONSHADOW but it disbanded after a 3 year stint of local venues. Leclair is now with Dorian Grey as vocalist and rhythm guitar. He is presently the Secretary-Treasurer of Local 276 Canadian Federation of Musicians SSM, President of the Canadian Conference of Musicians, Board member of Musicians Rights Organization of Canada ( recently named the chairman) and a Board member of Re:Sound as an ex-officio.
