Joel RL Phelps currently resides in Vancouver, BC. He was a founding member of Silkworm, and he currently plays with the Downer Trio. This fall, Phelps is set to record new material for the first time since Customs (2004). I have been a huge fan of this man's special songs and special voice for 20 years or longer. To have him play the Interurban is a thrill and an honour.

CHRIS BROKAW

Chris Brokaw currently resides in Seattle, WA. He was a founding member of both Come and Codeine, and currently he plays in The New Year. Codeine's catalogue has recently been reissued by Numero Group and Sub-Pop Records. Brokaw's recent solo recordings include Stories and Tidal Mud.
CHRIS BROKAW in 2012:
---premiered new band THE CATAMITES (duo with Stephen O'Malley of Sunn o))), etc) with concerts in Belgium + Seattle
---released "THE NIGHT SHE SLEPT WITH A BEAR", book/CD collaboration with NYC poet Holly Anderson
---released the following solo cassettes: "I Ace Sociopathic King" on Already Dead, and "Tidal Mud" on Robert + Leopold
---reunion of former band Codeine, celebrating release of "When I See The Sun" 6LP box set on Numero Group - concerts in US, UK Europe, Primavera Barcelona Festival, All Tomorrows Parties London, etc
---performed at Roskilde Festival, Denmark, with Christina Rosenvinge
---new rock solo album "Gambler's Ecstasy" coming in october on 12XU. Five years in the making!
--- US solo tour September 11-October 27 opening for Mono.

ZEBRA HUNT

Featuring Robert and Mitch of Treasure State, Zebra Hunt are a new Seattle trio influenced by the likes of Feelies, The Clean, & Thee Oh Sees. There is a lot to be said for good taste. Robert is also a long time member of JRLP's band the Downer Trio. Fingers crossed for an appearance by them as well.
