Sic Semper

The name is derived from Latin and means thus always or thus forever and comes from the quote 'sic semper tyrannis ' which Brutus, who killed Julius Caesar, said to him as Brutus stabbed him. 'sic semper tyrannis' means thus always a tyrant.

Sic Semper's approach to music is very basic and the songs have spontaneous ways.Will (guitar, piano, vocals) brings a melodic style mixed with noise and abrasion influenced by Radiohead and a number of local bands like In Medias Res. Shaunn (lead vocals, bass) brings a catchy-style pop sounding bass with melody to accompany his range and creativity with his vocals. James(drums, percussion) brings a more rock n roll edge to the band in the likes of classic sounding drum beats based on simplicity with huge sounds a la Led Zeppelin, Nirvana, The Clash.
