The Shindig 32 Finale is here! Three remain After 11 weeks and 27 bands: Late Spring, The Psychic Alliance and Wallgrin! Three acts with three distinct styles, they'll be competing for prizes including studio-time, showcase spots, print coverage, postering, merchandise, and more. They'll also get bragging rights and go down in CiTR history as Shindig champions!
This will also be a bittersweet finale, as we bid farewell to Ben Lai, who'll be ending his tenure as Shindig's host. Ben has been the engine running Shindig since Shindig 19 in 2001. Be sure to make it out, as we show our appreciation and make this finale the send-off Ben deserves!

Info: Shindig! is CiTR’s 30+ year old annual band competition, promoting new, local bands and providing great prizes! Shindig starts this Tuesday, October 20, 2015 and runs every Tuesday until December 15th, with semis on January 12 / 19 / 26 and the finals on Friday, February 5th.
We have a new venue: Pat's Pub & Brewhouse at 403 East Hastings with locally made beer, jokes for beer and a great stage. CiTR DJs will spin after the bands! Get updates on twitter @citrshindig.
Along with exposure in the local music scene, entrants have the opportunity to win studio time, features in Discorder Magazine, music industry consultations, and showcases with Music Waste Festival, Canadian Music Week, and AMS Events.
