A unique opportunity to hear Martin Stadtfeld, an exquisitely refined German pianist, in his Victoria debut (second time in Canada), playing music from his most recent recording, including Bach, Schubert and his own Homage to Bach.
Born in Koblenz, Germany, in 1980, and winner of the the first prize at the 11th International Bach Competition of Leipzig, Martin Stadtfeld redefines music that has been with us for centuries. He has established himself as one of the leading interpreters of German Romanticism and Johann Sebastian Bach.
