Tanya Bub reached out to Haus of Owl back in the spring to find out if we could collaborate with her on an interesting idea: to help combat prejudice which circled around the street communities of Victoria from passers by who couldn’t quite see or understand the struggles that they were facing. She discovered hidden creative and artistic talents along with a rich family spirit of togetherness despite the obvious heartbreaking surface level realities of homelessness, drug addiction, and trauma.

Tanya created an incredible sculpture called ‘Grace’ as a creative way to shine a light on these hidden strengths so that she could try to form a more compassionate perspective within the hearts and minds of our community. ‘Grace’ t... show more
