Award-winning actor, writer, and stand-up Chris Locke is bringing his genial, absurd wit to the Broom on September 13th! KCFF regulars will recognize Chris from his portrayal of the hapless, lovestruck detective Larry Constable in WHO'S YER FATHER? (KCFF24), a role that landed him a Canadian Screen Award nomination for Best Performance in a Leading Role. He's written for and/or acted in numerous television shows, such as BARONESS VON SKETCH, MR. D, RUN THE BURBS, and WHAT WE DO IN THE SHADOWS. He's the creator, writer and performer of the Canadian Comedy Award-nominated LEARNING NATURE WITH CHRIS LOCKE, and his first stand-up special, CAPTAIN BONES was released on Crave in 2023.
