About

Blood Alley

circa 1990 - circa 1992
Blood Alley was a 1990's power metal trio rehearsing in the basement of the notorious Rainier Hotel (now a women's only recovery and support residence) in Vancouver's Downtown East Side. Heavily influenced by Queensryche, the band had developed some interesting and challenging Progressive Metal. Unfortunately, they never managed to get out of the basement before breaking up, largely due to substance use issues and the lack of a full time bass player.
