Keep It Secret shared the stage with bands like Choke, Kincaide, Mapping The Escape, A Textbook Tragedy, The Bleeding Alarm, Fake Shark Real Zombie, The Johnsons, Cry Of The Afflicted, Callahan, The Set, Daggermouth and Farewell To Freeway during the last four years, playing over 100 shows in the process . The group won Barc Productions Banned in Canada 3 in the summer of 2004 and also played a New Music West showcase in the fall of that year. Keep It Secret's music has been licensed and used in a paintball video and has appeared on several radio stations. The word is already getting out. This is one secret that will not and cannot be kept.
On the Road, In the Mind
Extensive cross-Canada tours are scheduled for the spring and summer, ensuring that the secret gets spread even more. Through hard work, a visceral live show and exhaustive touring, Keep It Secret has been able to garner a broad fan base, as well as respect from their fans and peers. The band is also busy in the creative process, hammering out new music for their full-length album to be released in late 2007.
History
Keep It Secret has been busy (as if you couldn't already tell), but there's more than has already been mentioned. October of 2005, for example, saw the release of the group's debut effort, "Hope Slide Viewpoint" on the band's own Black Kettle Records.
