Classically trained, Stephanie performed as a soloist and in ensembles and orchestras before adding contemporary genres and improvisation to her repertoire. She has contributed cello arrangements and recordings to three original albums. Musical highlights include performing at the Malkin Bowl with Brazilian/jazz/funk/folk fusion group Gravity Fetish, touring Canada with Celtic rock band Shoofly, being featured at New Music West with folk rock band The Welsh Brothers, grooving at weddings and festivals with Latin/reggae band Los Amigos, and accompanying dancers Afifa Eidher & Melanie Meyers at the Vancouver International Flamenco Festival.
This August (2016) she will join Loren Gold (keyboardist, The Who), Tyler Stewart (drummer, Barenaked Ladies), Murray Foster (bassist, Great Big Sea) and guitarist Paul Kinman on stage for actor Eric McCormack's (Will & Grace) benefit concert for cancer research (https://t.co/IECbaL2Zie).
