U.P. came into form with Chris Thomas (RED ANT ARMY, FUSE BREAKER, C.T. SOLO PROJECT) & Scott O'Hara (FREEBASE) always talking about someday playing together. They both shared the stage many times (with both R.A.A. & FREEBASE but the jamming never did take place until just recently. With both experienced musician's with no full time work it was only time before they started up together. WELL THE TIME IS NOW...Soon recruited the ever killer bass skills of Dan Wakefield - U.P. is now in clear motion to destroy.
After about 15-17 shows Scott O'hara left the band and relocated with his family to AB - U.P. found themselves auditioning numerous drummers until the came across the very talented artist, Chris Lang.
