Ojiisan (pron. oh-JEE-sahn) is Japanese for "grandfather." Ojiisan is an exploration of traditional acoustic instruments, sampled and transformed into otherworldly textures with the aim to evoke landscapes where spirits walk among us. Ojiisan pays homage to ancestors from the Old World and to the Old Gods but re-contextualizes those ancient themes for a modern discourse.
