Dennis Clark fronts the edgy but melodic alt-rock outfit, Listen Up Kid. Probably one of Kingston's most underrated indie bands—who've even had some chart success—so, if you ever get a chance to see Listen Up Kid perform live, don't pass it up.
"Listen Up Kid create elaborately layered melodies and poetic lyrics, both of which embody the essence alternative rock. In fact, they blow the genre defining elements out of the water by tossing in the odd splash of metal, pop, electronic influences. The result is something that you have never heard before."
- Samantha Stevens The Scene Magazine

"I loves the tunes, takes me back to the good ol' days of grungy pop with a nice modern fidelity. I love the chord progressions, especially "Affinity", really cool fresh vibe. The vocals are on point too."
- Quinn Allman (The Used)
