PORTALS Annex, The CVAC Centre of Arts, Culture and Heritage is an inspiring venue for the public to experience the arts in the Cowichan Valley. Located inside the Cowichan Community Centre in Duncan, the 450 sq ft. PORTALS Annex features a variety of art shows per year, ranging in many mediums. Immerse yourself in the work of local, regional and international artists.
