Crab Water For Life Society, Radio Band-couver & Northern Electric Records present: Crab Park July 1 Festival!

The annual festival to keep Crab Park a much-needed greenspace for the people of the downtown eastside.

This festival also presents 3 fantastic bands , all on the fabulous Northern Electric label;
...
First On at 1pm: The well-crafted psychedelic era Pop/Rock of The Strange Magic

On Next at 2pm: Butch Murphy, you may know him from the Vancouver mainstay-The Bughouse 5 with his latest outfit: The bloody Miracles.

Lastly But Not Leastly: The contagious Rockabilly rythums of The Stingin' Hornets featuring Howard Rix on Vocals, Ian Tiles on drums and Micheal Van Eyes on keyboards.

Thanks to our sponsers, Don Larson and Crab water For Life Society for all their hard work in keeping Crab Park a place for the people of the downtown eastside and for acquiring the funding necessary to keep the festival running.
