Event Description

Blackwood Kings are back for their first Victoria show in almost two years! Joining them will be local shredders Safe Decisions for a night of ska, reggae, punk, and more!

Blackwood Kings:
Since 2012, Blackwood Kings has proven itself to be one of the more unique bands to pop up in the Victoria, BC scene.
Blending influences from reggae, dub, punk, and progressive rock, Blackwood Kings produce a politically and emotionally charged brand of musical fusion that is uniquely their own.

Safe Decisions:
Safe Decisions play a brand of punk marked by melody, speed, aggression, and a sardonic sense of humour. They play loud and fast and are always ready to kick their audience in the ears with intensity and rhythm.
Ska, reggae, dub, punk, and hardcore classics will also be played all night, as curated by the bands.

Cover is $15 with doors at 8:00.

As per provincial regulations, proof of vaccination against Covid-19 will need to be presented at the door and masks will need to be worn when not eating or drinking. Depending on the status of the BC Reopening Plan, the bar might only be operating at half capacity, so arrive early to guarantee admission.
