Event Description

Driven by Susan Tedeschi's impassioned, blues-soaked vocals and Derek Trucks' virtuoso guitar, Tedeschi Trucks Band is a 12-member, American roots-rock tour-de-force with a growing worldwide reputation for legendary live performances. TTB debuted big in 2011 with its Grammy Award-winning Revelator, and 2013’s critically-acclaimed Made Up Mind bolstered the Jacksonville-based group’s growing reputation as the preeminent leader in modern blues rock.

Their third studio album Let Me Get By, released in January 2016, features ten new, original songs that together stand as a testament to the hard work, independent spirit, and now full-on commitment of the husband-and-wife team of Derek Trucks and Susan Tedeschi, plus the musicians and music professionals who are part of the band’s ongoing journey. While Derek Trucks Band with surprise guest Susan Tedeschi last appeared in Victoria at the 2009 TD Victoria International JazzFest, this performance marks the Victoria debut for the 12-piece Tedeschi Trucks Band!
